Were You or a Loved One Injured in This Crash?
Nevada’s modified comparative negligence rule (NRS 41.141) lets each of the three drivers, and each person hurt, pursue a claim even while fault among multiple vehicles is still being sorted out. Crews were already clearing the scene at Eastern and Wigwam by early afternoon, and skid marks, debris, and each vehicle’s final position rarely survive that kind of cleanup for long. Nevada law gives each person hurt in this crash until August 19, 2028, two years from the date of the crash, to file an individual injury claim.
