Las Vegas Personal Injury Lawyers Who Fight Until the Number Is Right
At Ace Law Group, every case starts with one commitment. We do not close it until the number is right.
Our founder, Patrick Kang, became a lawyer after watching his own family navigate the aftermath of a serious injury and seeing firsthand what happens when the right attorney is not in your corner. That experience drives how we handle every case today.
We represent people injured in car accidents, slip and falls, hotel and premises incidents, and other serious accidents across Las Vegas and Nevada. Our team recovered more than $44 million for injured clients in 2025 alone. We speak English, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese. You pay nothing unless we win.

We Know How Insurance Companies Think. We Know How to Beat Them
Our team includes Hon. Christopher K. Lee (Ret.), a former Nevada judge with 12 years on the bench. He has seen how cases are won and lost from inside the courtroom. That perspective shapes how we prepare every case we take.
Our attorneys also bring experience handling insurance defense litigation. We understand how insurers evaluate claims, when they fight, and when they are ready to settle.
The results speak for themselves:
- $38.8 million wrongful death jury verdict
- $18.5 million premises liability settlement
- $15 million slip and fall verdict
When insurance companies see who is across the table, they take the case seriously.

Do I need a personal injury lawyer?
If someone else’s negligence hurt you, yes. Insurance companies don’t send adjusters to help you. They send them to close your claim for as little as possible, as fast as possible, before you understand what it’s actually worth. An experienced attorney knows exactly how that process works and how to stop it. At Ace Law Group, that conversation starts with a free consultation and costs you nothing.
How much is my personal injury case worth in Las Vegas?
Every case is different. Compensation in a Nevada personal injury claim typically covers medical bills, future treatment costs, lost wages, reduced earning capacity, and pain and suffering. The value depends on the severity of your injuries, how clearly liability can be established, and the insurance coverage available. What most people don’t realize is how much future costs like surgeries, physical therapy, and lost career potential can dwarf the initial bills. Do not accept a number before you know the full picture. Our firm recovered over $44 million for injured clients in 2025 alone.
What kind of cases does Ace Law Group handle?
Car accidents, truck accidents, rideshare accidents, motorcycle crashes, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall injuries, premises liability, dog bites, and wrongful death claims throughout Las Vegas and Nevada. If you were seriously hurt and someone else was responsible, we want to hear what happened. That call is free and there is no obligation.
How do I know if I have a personal injury case in Nevada?
Three things generally need to be true: someone owed you a duty of care, they failed to meet it, and that failure caused your injuries. You do not need to have left in an ambulance or received a diagnosis the same day. Back injuries, soft tissue damage, and concussions frequently appear or worsen in the days after an accident. If you are not sure whether what happened to you qualifies, call us. We will tell you honestly whether we think you have a case, even if the answer is no.
What if I was partially at fault for the accident?
You may still be able to recover compensation. Nevada follows modified comparative negligence, which means you can pursue a claim as long as you are found to be less than 51 percent at fault. Your recovery is reduced by your percentage of fault. If you are found 20 percent responsible, you recover 80 percent of your damages. Insurance companies routinely try to inflate your share of blame specifically to reduce what they owe you. Having an attorney build the evidence early is often the difference between a meaningful recovery and a denied claim.
Why shouldn't I accept the insurance company's first offer?
Because it is almost never close to what your case is actually worth. Adjusters are trained to reach you while you are still in shock, before you know the full extent of your injuries or future medical needs. Once you sign, you cannot go back. Even if your condition worsens, even if you need surgery six months later, that settlement is final. Before you accept anything, have an attorney review the offer. That review costs you nothing and could change the number significantly.
Should I see a doctor even if I feel okay?
Yes, and quickly. Two things happen when you delay medical care: your injuries can worsen without treatment, and the insurance company will use the gap to argue you were never seriously hurt. Back injuries, whiplash, concussions, and internal soft tissue damage frequently do not present with full symptoms on the day of the accident. A same-day or next-day medical evaluation creates a direct record connecting your injuries to the incident. That record is one of the most important pieces of evidence in your case. Do not wait to feel worse before you go.
How long do most personal injury cases take to settle in Las Vegas?
Cases with clear liability and documented injuries can settle in a few months. Serious injuries, disputed fault, or an uncooperative insurer can push that to a year or longer. One deadline matters above everything else: Nevada gives you two years from the date of injury to file. Miss it and your right to recover anything is gone, regardless of how strong your case is. The earlier you get an attorney involved, the more leverage you have at every stage.
What if the driver who hit me didn't have insurance?
You may still have a path to full compensation. Nevada requires drivers to carry uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage, and your own policy may cover you when the at-fault driver cannot. Many people don’t realize this until after they have already settled for less than they deserved. We review your full insurance picture, including your own policy, to identify every available source of recovery. An uninsured driver does not have to mean an uncompensated injury.
What does it cost to hire Ace Law Group?
Nothing upfront and nothing out of pocket. We work on contingency, meaning we only get paid if we recover compensation for you. Our fee is a percentage of the settlement or verdict. If we do not win, you owe us nothing. No hidden costs, no surprise bills. You can hire an experienced Las Vegas personal injury attorney today without writing a single check.
What happens if I wait to hire a lawyer?
Evidence disappears fast. Skid marks fade. Surveillance footage gets overwritten within days. Witnesses become harder to locate. Insurance companies track how long you wait and use it against you. The days immediately after an accident are the most important for building a strong claim, and every day without an attorney is a day the other side is working without opposition. Nevada’s two-year statute of limitations is a hard stop. Miss it and your case is gone entirely. If you were hurt, the time to call is now.
