In 2025, Ace Law Group secured a $15 million jury verdict for a client who fell at the Cosmopolitan Hotel's Chandelier Bar in Las Vegas. She slipped on a spilled drink and broken glass left on the floor during a private event. The hotel posted no warning signs. No one cleaned up the hazard.
The fall caused serious orthopedic injuries requiring multiple surgeries and led to a chronic condition that permanently altered her mobility and daily life. What if I was partially at fault for the accident?
You may still be able to recover compensation. Nevada follows modified comparative negligence, which means you can pursue a claim as long as you are found to be less than 51 percent at fault.
