Las Vegas, NV (Jan 31, 2026) – A motorcyclist was killed, and a passenger was critically injured, on Saturday afternoon following a collision on State Route 160 in Clark County, according to authorities.

The Nevada Highway Patrol responded to reports of the crash at approximately 3:31 p.m. near mile marker 15 on southbound State Route 160.

Investigators reported that the collision involved a motorcycle and a pickup truck. The adult male rider of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities stated that the motorcycle passenger sustained critical injuries and was transported by Mercy Air to a local hospital for treatment.

The driver and passenger of the pickup truck were not transported for injuries.

Officials indicated that additional information may be released following the preliminary investigation.
