Crashes at high-traffic intersections such as Blue Diamond Road and Valley View Boulevard frequently result in serious injuries, even at moderate speeds. Individuals involved in these accidents in Las Vegas could be eligible for compensation covering medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and rehabilitation under Nevada’s personal injury laws.
Nevada law allows victims a two-year statute of limitations from the date of the incident to file a personal injury claim. Prompt action is essential to preserve crucial evidence such as witness statements, police reports, and traffic camera footage, all of which can significantly strengthen a claim.
