Las Vegas, NV (Nov 17, 2025) – A juvenile pedestrian was fatally struck Monday evening near the Historic Westside, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The incident took place just after 5 p.m. near Lake Mead Boulevard, west of Concord Street.

Police report that the juvenile ran northbound outside a crosswalk and was hit by a sedan traveling westbound on Lake Mead Boulevard.

The juvenile died at the scene. The driver remained at the site of the crash and did not show signs of impairment, with their condition currently undisclosed. As a result, Lake Mead Boulevard is closed in both directions between Martin Luther King Boulevard and J Street.
