Rollover Accidents in Las Vegas, NV
Rollover collisions are severe events on Las Vegas roads that frequently lead to complex insurance disputes regarding liability and damages. For victims, adhering to Nevada’s Statute of Limitations is crucial. The law generally grants a two-year window from the date of the accident to file a personal injury lawsuit.
Failing to act within this timeframe typically results in the permanent forfeiture of the right to seek compensation for medical bills and lost wages. Given the often significant nature of rollover injuries, engaging a legal professional early can help ensure that rights are protected and that claims are filed well before this critical deadline expires.
