Pedestrian crashes in Las Vegas often result in severe or fatal injuries, particularly when they occur on high-traffic roadways like Charleston Boulevard or Lamb Boulevard. Factors such as driver speed, low visibility, and pedestrian right-of-way violations frequently contribute to these tragic incidents.
Under Nevada law, victims and families affected by pedestrian collisions may seek compensation for medical expenses, funeral costs, lost income, and pain and suffering through personal injury or wrongful death claims. The state’s two-year statute of limitations applies to such cases, making it vital to act quickly to preserve evidence like surveillance footage, witness statements, and official reports.
