Motorcycle Accidents in Las Vegas: Legal Rights for Victims and Families
Motorcycle accidents, like the one at Frank Sinatra Drive and Reno Avenue, are a serious concern in Las Vegas, especially in high-traffic areas near major intersections. According to LVMPD reports, motorcycle crashes often result from driver inattention, failure to yield, and left-turn accidents, where a vehicle turns directly into the path of a motorcycle.

Failure to yield the right of way
Increased speed or reckless driving
Distracted driving (e.g., texting, talking on the phone)
