Car Accidents in Las Vegas

Serious crashes at intersections like Bonanza Road and Linn Lane are common in the east valley, where early morning traffic, reduced visibility, and high commuting volume increase collision risks. Multi-car crashes often lead to severe injuries that require extensive medical care, rehabilitation, and time away from work.

Under Nevada law, injured victims may pursue compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other accident-related damages. Nevada’s two-year statute of limitations applies to personal injury claims, making early legal action essential for preserving evidence such as police reports, scene photos, witness accounts, and traffic camera footage.
