Las Vegas, NV - One Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Crash Near Sunset Road and McLeod Drive

Las Vegas, NV (Sept 12, 2026) – One person was hospitalized in non-critical condition after a two-vehicle crash near East Sunset Road and McLeod Drive Saturday afternoon.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to the crash at 3:41 p.m., with officers assisting Clark County Park Police at the scene.

We hope the person taken to the hospital has a full and fast recovery. This remains a developing story, and further details about the cause of the crash have not yet been released.

Multi-Vehicle Accidents in Las Vegas, NV

A “non-critical” injury classification from paramedics at the scene describes how urgently someone needed transport, not how much a case is ultimately worth. Soft-tissue injuries like whiplash frequently take a day or more to fully present, and a person who feels fine enough to decline transport at the scene can still develop a legitimate, compensable injury later.

Nevada law allows someone hurt in a crash like this one to pursue compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering, not just the cost of repairing a vehicle. Two vehicles were involved here, and this report does not yet say what caused the collision or whether the second driver was hurt at all.
