Were you or someone you know involved in this crash?

Even when injuries are described as non-life-threatening, the physical and financial impact of a car accident can be serious and long-lasting. Here is what to do right now.

Personal Injury Accidents in Las Vegas, NV

Clark County accounts for the majority of Nevada’s serious injury crashes every year, and intersections along busy corridors like Flamingo Road are among the most frequently reported collision points in the Las Vegas Valley.

If you were injured in this crash, Nevada law gives you the right to pursue compensation – even if you were partially at fault, as long as your share of fault is less than 51% (NRS 41.141).

What to do right now:

  • See a doctor today – injuries like concussions and soft tissue damage often show no immediate symptoms
  • Do not give a recorded statement to any insurance company before speaking with an attorney
  • Request the official LVMPD crash report once it is available
  • Document all medical bills, missed work, and out-of-pocket expenses

Nevada’s deadline: You have two years from the date of the crash to file a personal injury claim (NRS 11.190) – but evidence disappears long before that.
