Personal Injury Accidents in Las Vegas, NV
Nevada law entitles anyone injured by another person’s negligence to recover medical costs, lost income, and other damages, under NRS 41.130, regardless of what kind of crash caused the injury or how many vehicles were involved. Comparative negligence under NRS 41.141 still applies once fault is determined, and a person is barred from recovery only if their own share of fault turns out to be greater than the other party’s.
A sparsely reported crash like this one often becomes clearer days later, once Nevada Highway Patrol releases more detail. That does not make waiting free: witness memory, traffic camera footage, and vehicle data all get harder to recover the longer a case sits untouched.
