Car Accidents in Las Vegas, NV

Car accidents in Las Vegas often happen on high-traffic corridors like Decatur Boulevard and Hacienda Avenue, where congestion, speeding, and driver inattention contribute to frequent collisions. Even when injuries appear minor, victims can face lasting pain, costly medical bills, and loss of income.

In Nevada, injured victims have the right to pursue a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver’s insurance company. Compensation may include medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, lost wages, property damage, and pain and suffering. If multiple vehicles are involved, determining liability can be complex, making legal guidance essential.

State law gives victims two years from the date of the crash to file a claim. Acting quickly helps preserve vital evidence such as traffic camera footage, police reports, and eyewitness statements, all crucial for proving negligence and securing a fair settlement.
