Motorcycle Accidents in Las Vegas, NV

Motorcycle crashes in east Las Vegas, particularly near high-traffic corridors like Boulder Highway and I-11, often result in serious injuries due to traffic volume, merging lanes, and limited protection for riders. If you were injured in a motorcycle collision in this area, you may be dealing with emergency medical care, follow-up treatment, and time away from work.

Nevada law may allow an injured rider or passenger to pursue compensation if another driver’s actions contributed to the crash. This can include recovery for medical expenses, lost income, and other accident-related losses, depending on the circumstances.

Nevada also enforces a two-year statute of limitations for most injury claims. Waiting too long to get information about your rights and deadlines can limit or eliminate available legal options.
