Personal Background

Born in the Philippines, Joshua Lozano grew up in a Filipino American military family and moved frequently throughout his childhood. His parents instilled in him the value of service before self, which ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in law.

With a background in journalism and sports broadcasting, Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, he developed a broad legal foundation through his experience with the Las Vegas Raiders’ in-house legal team, the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps, and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

Joshua’s dedication to public service earned him the Richard L. Brown Community Service Award, recognizing him as Boyd Law’s Outstanding Student of the Year. He also received the Dean’s Award for Graduation Distinction and Highest Pro Bono Honors.

After graduating, Joshua spent a year as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jasmin Lilly-Spells in the Eighth Judicial District Court, gaining firsthand insight into civil and criminal litigation from the court’s perspective.

Joshua brings his experience and commitment to service to Ace Law Group, where he advocates for people harmed by others and guides them through the legal process during some of life’s most difficult moments.
