Las Vegas, NV (April 17, 2026) – Two pedestrians were injured after being struck by a vehicle in the southwest valley early Friday morning, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers responded to the crash at the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Fort Apache Road at approximately 1:27 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers located both pedestrians with injuries sustained from the collision and transported them to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators. The intersection was closed following the crash and is expected to remain shut down until further notice.
The investigation is ongoing.
