개인 배경

패트릭변호사는 미시간주 블룸필드 힐스에서 자랐고, 앤도버 고등학교를 다녔습니다. 그후 존 캐럴 대학교에 진학하여 사회학 학사 학위를 받았고, 결국 미시간주 랜싱에 있는 토마스 M. 쿨리 로스쿨에 진학했습니다. 그러나 그의 법에 대한 사랑은 아주 어린 나이에 시작되었습니다. 그가 어렸을 때, 그의 아버지는 자신이 일하던 자동차 공장에서 직장 사고를 당했습니다. 그는 가족이 겪었던 어려움과 아버지가 겪었던 고난을 기억합니다. 하지만 그의 기억에 가장 생생하게 남는 것은 아버지의 변호사가 부상에 대한 합의 수표를 가지고 왔을 때와, 마침내 재정 지원이 이루어졌을 때 부모님이 흘리신 안도의 눈물입니다. 패트릭변호사는 그 순간을 결코 잊지 못했고, 궁극적으로 그것이 그를 로스쿨에 가서 변호사가 되도록 이끈 원동력이었습니다. 그는 사건을 맡을 때마다, 사건이 종결된 후 부모님이 느꼈던 어려움과 안도감을 기억하고, 모든 재판에서 같은 감정을 불러일으키려고 노력합니다.

Primary Areas of Practice

Patrick practices mainly in the areas on Injury and Employment Law.  In Injury cases, Patrick has tried many cases successfully to verdict.  Everything from car crashes to sexual assault cases to slip and fall cases.  Helping injured Clients in every aspect of injuries is one of the primary goals for Patrick at Ace Law Group.

Patrick also practices Employment Law.  He focuses on the Employee side of the law and represents victims of discrimination at the workplace, sexual harassment cases, and hostile work environment.  Patrick has successfully litigated hundreds of these types of cases and recovered Millions for Clients.

Lawyer Goals

Patrick takes every case with one goal in mind.  To win the case at trial.  Patrick has endlessly studied trial tactics, reading advocacy books and attending online or in person seminars to better himself as a trial lawyer in every way possible.  Ultimately, Patrick’s goal is to either successfully try a case to verdict at trial or fight in litigation so hard that the case settles for a fair and equitable amount.  He knows, that the only way to make big corporations and insurance companies pay fair settlements to his clients is to do the hard work in litigation.
