Tiffany Yang grew up in Los Angeles, California where she attended Harvard Westlake School for middle and high school. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine and went on to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas Nevada, where she received her Juris Doctor.
While in law school, Tiffany served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Susan H. Johnson at the Eighth Judicial District Court and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael P. Gibbons at the Nevada Court of Appeals. In addition, Tiffany was a senior staff member of the Gaming Law Journal and a Student Attorney with the Rosenblum Family Foundation Tax Clinic where she advocated for tax justice for taxpayers who had limited means and spoke English as a second language. Tiffany also served as a President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Prior to joining Ace Law Group, Tiffany reunited with Judge Johnson and served as a judicial law clerk where she was involved with various civil and construction defect matters.
Ever since she joined the Ace Law Group team, Tiffany has gained invaluable insight into the legal areas of personal injury such as automobile collisions, premises liability, and product defects. Tiffany has also gained valuable experience in Title VII employment discrimination issues such as pregnancy discrimination, racial discrimination, and sexual harassment.
Tiffany is eager to gain further knowledge as an attorney to strongly advocate for her clients who have been injured or discriminated against. Tiffany’s top priority is to represent her clients to the best of her ability and to get the best possible result while also making the litigation process as smooth as possible for her clients.
